This page explains what information RingGuard collects when you request a Shadow Trial or otherwise contact us, and how we use it.
When you submit the trial request form, we collect your business name, your name, phone number, email address, industry, and city and state. If you leave a message, we collect that too.
We use this information to contact you by phone, text, or email about setting up and running your free Shadow Trial, and to follow up about RingGuard afterward. We do not sell your information to third parties.
If your Shadow Trial or account involves RingGuard's AI answering or listening in on calls, those calls may be recorded and transcribed so we can demonstrate and improve the service. We'll tell you before that starts on any specific line.
You can ask us to stop contacting you or to delete your information at any time by emailing 6beyond6belief6@gmail.com.
